Effective January 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of LegisTrack, the legislative tracking and information portal of the Sangguniang Bayan of Lupon, Davao Oriental.

1. Purpose of the Portal

LegisTrack is provided as a public service to promote transparency and ease of access to ordinances, resolutions, committee information, and the calendar of business of the Sangguniang Bayan.

2. Accuracy of Records

While every effort is made to keep published records current and accurate, the official copy of any ordinance or resolution on file with the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan Secretariat shall prevail in case of any discrepancy. Certified true copies may be requested through the Downloads page or the Contact page.

3. Acceptable Use

• Content on this portal may be viewed, downloaded, and shared for personal, academic, or journalistic reference.
• Automated scraping that degrades portal performance for other users is not permitted.
• Users may not misrepresent downloaded documents as amended or altered official records.

4. Intellectual Property

Legislative records published here are public documents of the Sangguniang Bayan. The LegisTrack name, logo, and site design remain the property of the Municipality of Lupon.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Municipality of Lupon is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information from this portal without verification against the official record.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of LegisTrack constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
